WANTS YOUR BUSINESS TO RECYCLE
As
part of the Town's consolidation of recycling containers (silver bullets) to
the transfer station, the Town is implementing a new program that allows
Falmouth businesses to use the Transfer Station for recycling. This new
program will allow businesses to use the facility for SINGLE-STREAM and
CARDBOARD recycling. Once a business obtains a $5 permit/sticker from the
Town, they will be able to use the facility for the aforementioned recycling
services.
By recycling more, this reduces the amount of trash generated, which may save businesses money in trash collection and disposal costs.
For more information on this new program, or information about single-stream recycling, please contact the Parks and Public Works Department at 781-3919, or visit the following web sites: Recycling and Energy Advisory Committee and EcoMaine.

local businesses can help. If you are interested in more information contact
