In 2010 the Portland Regional Chamber is making it possible for all of our members to be a part of the Keep Maine Strong Campaign. Keep Maine Strong is an economic initiative that is designed to encourage the support of merchants and businesses located in the State of Maine. By joining this campaign our members will receive added exposure on KeepMaineStrong.com, which will once again be promoted heavily on WMTW-TV. In 2009, the campaign reached nearly 400,000 Households through programs on News 8. KeepMaineStrong.com is a local search engine that supports buying local. This campaign is supported and funded by Oakhurst Dairy, Barber Foods and WMTW News 8.

All chamber members will be listed on the Keep Maine Strong website, and from our support and resources Chamber members will have the additional special, no-cost option to create a landing page that will display your location, contact information, a 25 word description of your organization, and the option to upload a photo and video. Businesses will also have the option to promote sales, events and coupons in 2010.
