The Director of Membership is a member of the Chamber management team, and works with a team of professionals to achieve annual membership recruitment and retention goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson with a keen interest and established record in relationship building, new account development and management, as well as demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
Strong time management, networking, organization and prioritization skills, familiarity with MS Office and CRM functionality are required. A Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ direct sales experience is preferred. Experience with WebLink is a plus. Candidates should be available and willing to work nights and chamber events, as required by members and prospects.
