Leedahl scores lone goal as Mariners tune up for regular season EXETER, NH – October 5th, 2019 – The Mariners scored the only goal of the third period on Saturday night, but couldn’t dig out of a 4-0 hole, as they dropped their lone preseason game of 2019-20, 4-1 to the Worcester Railers. Highlights included a Ryan Ferrill fight and impressive goaltending performances by Francois Brassard and Daniel Spencer. Dawson Leedahl netted the lone Maine goal.

Mariners add two more players to mix PORTLAND, ME – October 2, 2019 – The Mariners added two to their training camp roster on Monday, with the arrivals of forward Lewis Zerter-Gossage and defenseman Scott Savage. Zerter-Gossage was assigned by the Mariners’ AHL affiliate, the Hartford Wolf Pack, while Savage was assigned by the Milwaukee Admirals.
Specialty jerseys include Miracle and original Mariners orange and white sweaters PORTLAND, ME – October 2nd, 2019 – The Mariners will wear six specialty jerseys during the 2019-20 season, the team announced today. The full lineup includes Marvel Super HeroTM Night featuring The Hulk, Aquaman Night, Nickelodeon Night featuring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a Make-A-Wish Maine Kids Design jersey, a Miracle themed jersey, and an original Maine Mariners orange and white jersey for “Thowback Night.”
MEND Health & Wellness of Maine presented the Autumn and Ales 10k (formerly Mend the Gap 10k) to benefit the Eastern Trail Alliance (ETA) on September 22, 2019. A check in the amount of $7,200.00 was presented to ETA after the race. Mend Health and Wellness of Maine is a family run, small business led by the husband and wife owners of Dr Tracey St John and Dr Victor St John.

Mariners add veteran presence to blue line PORTLAND, ME – October 1st 2019 – The Mariners added a key piece to their blue line on Tuesday, announcing the signing of veteran defenseman Jonathan Racine. The signing marks a return to Portland for Racine, who was a member of the 2015-16 Portland Pirates.
