Gorrill Palmer is a civil engineering consulting firm offering land development, transportation engineering, transportation planning, municipal engineering and planning services. Will is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience. He also serves on the Board of the Long Creek Watershed Management District. He has been a member of the South Portland / Cape Elizabeth Community Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2016.
Past President: Jane Eberle Jane Eberle is Director of Business Partnerships for the South Portland School Department, where she focuses on creating strong business-education collaborations. Josh Reny: Josh Reny is the Assistant City Manager of South Portland and is also responsible for the city’s Economic Development program. He has been on the Chamber Board since 2015 and was the recipient of the Mid-Maine Chamber’s Rising Star Award in 2013. City of South Portland
