Gorrill Palmer is a civil engineering consulting firm offering land development, transportation engineering, transportation planning, municipal engineering and planning services. Will is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience. He also serves on the Board of the Long Creek Watershed Management District. He has been a member of the South Portland / Cape Elizabeth Community Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2016.
