As part of the Chamber’s ongoing mission to support and add value to our members, we offer FREE educational opportunities focused on professional growth and business development. Growth Basics also affords members the opportunity to present, to showcase their expertise to a wider audience of potential customers and partners.  Virtual Fatigue – Refocusing Your Team’s Creativity

Tuesday, January 26, 2021 | 8:00AM - 9:00AM EST

Online
FREE* Chamber Members/Non-Members

We found ourselves in numerous virtual meetings this year. While these meetings kept us connected, there was often a disconnect leading to employee fatigue and burnout.
In this session, we will cover why this happens and how leaders and managers can increase their teams’ creative energy during virtual calls. (And these same skills and insights will carry over to when we work and meet face-to-face again!)
Topics will include:
  • Why virtual gatherings can be energetically draining
  • Ideas and strategies for innovating your regularly scheduled meetings
  • How to build human connections to encourage more creative work
Brief Q&A to follow. A replay of this webinar will be made available
---
*While the Chamber will continue to provide virtual events FREE of charge, we are offering attendees the opportunity to make voluntary contributions for our Signature Events during registration.
These donations will help provide the Chamber with the resources needed to best support our members and community as we all continue to navigate these challenging times.

Since 2018, Eaton Peabody has been the exclusive partner/sponsor of Growth Basics for Business. Along with the Chamber, they see the value of providing resources and training to Maine's businesses and organizations.
