As Chief Executive Officer of the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce, Quincy leads efforts to strengthen the region’s economy, support local businesses, and champion policies that foster a thriving, inclusive community. With a deep commitment to collaboration and innovation, Quincy works closely with public officials, business leaders, and community partners to advance initiatives that drive workforce development, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth across the Greater Portland region. Before joining the Chamber, she served as Director of Governmental Affairs for the Maine Credit Union League, a statewide trade association representing all credit unions in Maine. In that capacity, she advocated for key public policy initiatives in Augusta and Washington, D.C., building strong relationships with state and federal lawmakers and regulatory officials to protect and promote the credit union mission. Deeply engaged in her community, Quincy serves on the boards of MaineHealth, cPort Credit Union, the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute, United Way of Southern Maine, Maine Center Ventures and the Boys & Girls Clubs.
