Kelly Cup tour stops at Cross Insurance Arena March 1st PORTLAND, ME – February 25, 2020 – The “holy grail” of the ECHL, the Kelly Cup, will make an appearance at the Cross Insurance Arena this Sunday, March 1st for the Mariners game against the South Carolina Stingrays at 3 PM. The Kelly Cup is the league’s championship trophy, awarded to the winner of the postseason tournament each year since 1997.

Bar Harbor, Maine – Bar Harbor Bank & Trust recently presented donations totaling more than $9,000 to local non-profits from its employee-driven charitable giving program, Casual for a Cause. The program pools employee contributions collected each quarter and distributes them to non-profits selected by and voted on by the employees. The recipients of the Q4 2019 contributions are: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bath/Brunswick; Emmaus Homeless Shelter; Upper Valley Habitat for Humanity; and Girls on the Run Vermont.
Mariners will wear Team USA inspired jerseys, screen postgame movie PORTLAND, ME – February 14, 2020 – It’s been 40 years since the 1980 United States Olympic men’s ice hockey team pulled off the “Miracle on Ice,” defeating the Soviet Union on their way capturing the gold medal in Lake Placid, New York. Forty years and one day later, the Mariners will commemorate what many consider the greatest moment in the history of hockey and all of American sports. Sunday, February 23rd is “Miracle Night,” as the Mariners host the Newfoundland Growlers at 3 PM at the Cross Insurance Arena.

Rescanning is when a TV finds all the available channels in an area.
