PORTLAND – Maine Community Foundation has awarded grants totaling $18,100 from its Hospice Fund to support five organizations providing hospice service programs in York and Cumberland counties. Grantees include:
The next deadline for Hospice Fund grant proposals is February 15, 2021. Applications are encouraged from nonprofit organizations in Cumberland and York counties for projects that raise awareness of hospice and bereavement programs, increase utilization and/or quality of end-of-life services, and support hospice volunteers.
