Prior to joining Barclays in April 2004, he was at Lehman Brothers for 18 years serving as managing director and global credit strategist. Howard has served on MaineCF’s Investment Committee for the past three years.
Howard received an MBA in finance from New York University and a B.A. in economics from Colby College. He serves on the board of University College London’s Friends and Alumni Association Board and is a director and past president of the New York-based Fixed Income Analysts Society. “Mark’s business acumen, gained from a distinguished career in the financial sector, will be invaluable during this period of heightened uncertainty and volatility in the economy and markets,” said Karen Stanley, MaineCF Board Chair.
