Marketing Agency Offers Free Services to Portland Area Restaurants

PORTLAND, Maine — May 20, 2020 — GCMD, a web design, branding and marketing agency, announced today that it will offer Portland area locally-owned restaurants marketing consultation services at no cost through June 30, 2020. Consultations will be limited to 30 minutes per restaurant and up to eight consults will be scheduled per week.

In addition, GCMD built a website, www.PortlandLocalEats.com, to feature local restaurants and encourage customers to order from area eateries, coffee shops, and bakeries.  Each day, new businesses will be featured on the homepage and all participating restaurants will be listed on the website with searches for different cuisines. Each listing will include the restaurant’s logo, photo of a popular dish, location, phone number, website link, description, and related information.
Finally, each restaurant listed on the websites will also be featured on the Portland Local Eats Facebook page. Multiple social media tactics will be used to engage with the community and potential customers to build awareness and spur activity to restaurants.
